QuanCles® was developed by Zhejiang QUANTUMETA Co Ltd, this advanced flexible composite membrane material integrates ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fabric as a reinforcement phase and a specially modified thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) resin as the matrix. The synergistic design of these components endows the material with exceptional mechanical performance, environmental durability, and customizable functionalities, making it suitable for diverse industrial and commercial applications. Product Description

QuanCles® woven UHMWPE Fabric Reinforced TPU membrane exhibit a unique combination of high tensile strength and provides multidirectional reinforcement, ensuring uniform stress distribution and resistance to tearing, bursting, and puncture under dynamic loads. This composite membrane’s design principles rooted in interfacial optimization and modular functionalization, The matrix performance with ultralight, high tensile strength, flexible, exceptional tear and burst resistance, anti-aging.

This product can be customized according to customer aesthetic needs, such as weight, width, roll length, surface treatment and other indicators to meet the diverse needs in different application markets.

性能介绍

拉伸强度测试

拉伸强度测试是指根据测试标准ISO 1421进行样品本体拉伸强度的测试。经过对比测试,由超高分子量纤维织物增强的TPU膜材的拉伸强度是同等克重下其他膜材拉伸强度的2倍以上。

裤型撕裂强度测试

裤型撕裂强度测试是指根据测试标准ISO 4674-1进行样品本体撕裂强度的测试。经过对比测试,由超高分子量纤维织物增强的TPU膜材的撕裂强度是同等克重下其他膜材拉伸强度的3倍以上。

打孔拉伸测试

打孔拉伸测试用于测试膜材料在穿孔后固定的基本强度,测试方法为在膜上打孔,用固定销通过穿孔进行上下拉伸测试。经验证,由超高分子量聚乙烯纤维织物增强的TPU膜的打孔拉伸强度可以达到本体强度80%以上,是同等克重膜材的5倍以上。

顶破强度测试

超高分子量聚乙烯纤维织物增强的TPU膜具有超高的顶破强度:根据GB/T14800-2010 静态顶破实验测试顶破强度达 38KN (3.8T)以上(因达到检测设备最大量程,暂时无法检测具体值),是常规膜材的5倍以上。
