QuanCles® Pipeline Plugging Airbag
Pipeline plugging airbags are widely used for pipeline maintenance, QuanCles® Pipeline Plugging Airbag prepared by UHMWPE Fabric Reinforced TPU Membrane, it boasts high pressure resistance, lightweight design, and foldable construction, enabling efficient operation, compact storage, and rapid transportation. By inflating, the airbag effectively blocks pipelines, suitable for sealing round containers and pipes, and performs well in underwater operations.
Properties
High Strength
The main body of the airbag is made from QuanCles®. This material utilizes ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers as reinforcement, providing exceptional tensile strength, tear resistance, and burst strength, resulting in a high burst pressure for the airbag.
Lightweight
The airbag made from QuanCles® UHMWPE Fabric Reinforced Membrane is significantly lighter while maintaining the required strength, enabling efficient and easy operation.
Foldable
Thanks to the excellent flexibility of QuanCles® UHMWPE Fabric Reinforced Membrane, the airbag can be folded for storage, even in large diameters, and is suitable for repeated use.
