Flexible breakwater is a defense system used to protect against wave intrusion by filling water and inflating to form a sheltered water area. Used for the periphery of the port water area, as well as to prevent the invasion of floating sand and ice, to ensure that the port has sufficient water depth and stable water surface to meet the requirements of ships berthing, loading and unloading operations, and navigation in and out of the port.
